Production Process
Our signature format is vacuum freeze-drying—lyophilization at –50 °C and <15 mTorr—to lock in tertiary structure and bioactivity. The workflow starts with WFI-grade water, passes through sterile 0.1 µm filtration, and ends with nitrogen-flushed vials capped in a Class-100 isolator. Core assets include a 12-shelf pilot lyophilizer, VHP pass-through sterilizers, robotic filling–stoppering lines and in-line laser serialization for full chain-of-custody traceability.

Inside our ISO-17025 analytical center every lot is hit with a three-punch validation: reverse-phase HPLC for purity, UHR-QTOF-MS for molecular identity, and endotoxin-LAL for safety. Certificates of Analysis are blockchain-stamped and QR-linked to your shipment; scan and see the chromatogram yourself
